Our roots lie in the Marche region, one of the most important Italian footwear districts of the late nineteenth century. It is here that Giulio Chiesa gave life to the small business “Copper and Corame”, at a time when craftsmanship was synonymous with dedication, competence and quality.
In the fifties, Giulio’s four children decided to move to Rome, bringing with them a heritage made up of experience, values and know-how. The capital was experiencing a period of continuous growth: urban expansion and the cultural ferment that would give life to the Dolce Vita made it the center of an Italy projected towards the future.
It is in this context that Fratelli Chiesa was born. The company started its business as a supplier for shoemakers, building solid and lasting relationships with generations of professionals in the sector over time.
In the eighties the baton passed to the children of Ilario Chiesa, one of the four founding brothers. This is not a new beginning, but the natural evolution of an already deeply rooted family path, carried out with the same enthusiasm and the same competence.
